Abby contacted me a couple of weeks ago and wanted to set up a session where she could wear some of her favorite fall outfits.  Little did we know, Kentucky being what it is, that it would be 80 degrees the last weekend in October.  It all worked out though, as it always does, and we went to Keeneland Race Course to shoot her session.  She is a natural in front of the camera and truthfully, makes my job easy.  I think she enjoys the sessions just as much as I do and is always fun to work with.  Needless to say, the time passed quickly but we worked efficiently and got many good photos.  I want to share some of them here with you on my blog!

It has been a crazy few weeks with fall sessions and I have to say, it's been beautiful!  I continue my blog posts today with another session from last weekend.   The last time I worked with this young man was during a maternity session for his mother.  Now, about a year later, I finally get to meet his sister and work with both of them!  It was a lot of fun and we had more than a few laughs while on location near downtown Lexington.  The time passed quickly but I was able to get a little work done while we were there!  Today I want to share some of my favorites from the morning.....

Saturday evening turned out to be the perfect setting for an engagement session.  Although I always prefer to shoot in the evening when the sun is low, it seems like this time of year it's almost magical.  When you add a beautiful young couple to that setting, the results are sure to be stunning.  ​ We shot at two locations and they even brought their dog to join in on a few of the shots, which was awesome!   All in all, it was a wonderful time and I think they enjoyed their time in front of the camera.  Today I want to share some of my favorites from the evening here on my photography blog....
